Return window
You have 7 days after delivery to let us know you wish to return an item.
Conditions
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetics cannot be taken back.
How to return an item
Contact us first through the Contact page with your order and the reason; we will tell you how to proceed.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and check the item, we proceed with an exchange or a refund of the amount paid.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, contact us promptly — the return and replacement are at our expense.
